J. Cole’s The Fall-Off is his seventh and reportedly final studio album, released as a double album on February 6, 2026 through Dreamville and Interscope. It runs for about 1 hour and 41 minutes and contains 24 tracks, split across two discs.
The album is built around Cole returning to his hometown of Fayetteville, North Carolina at two different ages: 29 on the first disc and 39 on the second. Across both discs, the central theme is “falling off”: chasing success, fearing losing it, and then redefining success as growth, impact, and peace rather than charts or hype.
